PRESS RELEASE April 2026 DENVER, CO—Lance Chayet, founder and managing broker of Hanover Corporation DBA Hanover Commercial, Hanover Realty, and Hanover Builder Marketing in Golden, CO, was recently honored with two prestigious Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) Awards. Chayet, a fourth-generation Coloradan, earned top honors for both the number of homes sold and his role as a broker for sellers and buyers. The DMAR’s 48th Annual Excellence Awards acknowledge the superior efforts of Realtors throughout the region during 2025. Both individuals and teams are honored by their peers. Chayet, who joined Hanover Realty in 1987, received the 2025, 2023, and 2022 DMAR Awards for #1 in Project Sides and #1 in Project Production. The awards are presented on an annual basis. “2025 was a challenging year for everyone,” explains Chayet, whose vast residential and commercial real estate credentials include MRE, CSP, CRS, ABR, CLHMS, CVS, SFR, CEC, BPOR, SRES, CIPS, CSHP ++. “Homebuyers and sellers needed more assistance as they tried to navigate a confusing lifestyle change. We’ve always believed that buying or selling a home is a personal experience requiring personal assistance and guidance. It’s rewarding to help them through this experience.” The Project Production Award reflects a combination of both the number of transactions completed and the total dollar volume. “Sides” refers to the Realtor’s role in the transaction: the listing side for the seller and the selling side for the buyer. Chayet’s achievement in Project Sides demonstrates that he sold many homes as the only broker involved—a situation that reflects trust, experience, knowledge, and a reputation for exceptional service. His highest number of closed sides in one year was a staggering 242. Five years ago, Chayet placed second and third, respectively, in the Closed Sides and Project Production categories. In 2019, he earned inclusion in the Diamond Individual category, having completed more than 100 sides and $40 million in dollar volume sales. Chayet also took the first place honors for Closed Sides Sold in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Since starting his real estate career, Chayet has closed 2,100 personal sales, representing more than $350 million. Chayet graduated from the University of Denver’s Daniel College of Business with a degree in Finance and Marketing. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. A native of Denver, his longtime community connections include Graland Country Day School and Historic Paramount Foundation, for which he served on the Board of Directors. It is my distinct pleasure to introduce Edward P. Nicks — known to all of us simply as Ed — who has joined Hanover Corporation as our new Office Manager supporting Hanover Realty, Hanover Commercial, Hanover Management, and Hanover Builder Marketing, and concurrently as Associate Property Manager of Jefferson Office Park here in Golden. Ed officially stepped into both roles this month, and I could not be more confident about the depth of experience, judgment, and integrity he brings to our team and to each of you. Ed is the founder and President of Integrity Asset Services, Inc., a Lakewood-based property management firm he established in 2020 after a distinguished twenty-year tenure as Director of Property Management at Integrated Properties, Inc. Across a career spanning more than 40 years in commercial and residential real estate, he has overseen diversified portfolios of office, retail, flex, and multi-family assets across several western states, and has built a reputation for maximizing income and value through disciplined operating strategy, rigorous lease analysis, and genuine tenant relationships. Among many career highlights, Ed played a central role in the design, construction, buildout, and operation of the 16M Building at 16th and Market Street in downtown Denver — a 10-story, 189,000- square-foot, LEED-Certified Class A mixed-use project that earned the Colorado Facility Award of Excellence (COFAX) for Exceptional New Building in 2015 from the International Facilities Management Association. He has also led the workout and sale of more than 200 single-family residential lots in Ft. Collins following the 2008–09 downturn, directed high-rise elevator modernizations, managed mold and water-damage remediation for a Houston office building, overseen hail-damage recovery in Lakewood, and assisted with hurricane restoration and expansion at a five-star resort in Cabo San Lucas. More recently, he has consulted as project manager and broker for a national land development company on residential land projects throughout the Denver metro area. Ed earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver — making us proud fellow DU alumni — and his toolkit covers budgeting and reconciliation, lease administration and analysis, insurance and risk, construction oversight and tenant improvements, owner and lender negotiations, and the full arc of acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial appraisal work. He is equally fluent in Skyline, Sage, and the broader Microsoft and Mac ecosystems our office relies on daily. In his role as Office Manager, Ed will serve as the central liaison between our brokers, clients, vendors, and tenants — managing communications, schedules, listings, closings, vendor coordination, database integrity, and the back-office systems that keep Hanover running smoothly. As Associate Property Manager at Jefferson Office Park, he will work alongside me on day-to-day operations of our flagship commercial property: tenant relations, lease administration, vendor and contractor management, budgeting, capital projects, and the careful attention to detail our tenants have come to expect. Beyond his professional credentials, Ed embodies the values we have worked to build at Hanover since 1987. He has been married to his wife Anna for more than thirty years and together they raised six children. He has taught adaptive skiing at the Winter Park National Sports Center for the Disabled, served as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader, and volunteered for nearly a decade with Westernaires, the precision drill riding team based in Jefferson County. His commitment to honesty, hard work, and thinking outside the box is exactly the kind of personal character that aligns with how we serve our clients and care for our properties.

Ms. Chayet has over 30 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker. She has a long track record of Real Estate Leasing and Sales. For fun, Barbara enjoys walking for miles on the South Suburban trail system, spending numerous mornings with friends in her cycling classes, Yin yoga, and spending time with her two sons whenever possible!

Mr. Heath is a Broker Associate with Hanover Corporation dba Hanover Commercial, Hanover Realty, Hanover Management, and Hanover Builder Marketing and related entities. With over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry including, 25+ years as a Senior Residential and Commercial Escrow Officer in the Title Insurance Field and 2+ years as a Closer for a National Mortgage Company. He has obtained multiple certifications as a Real Estate Broker Associate including, CELA(Certified Expert Listing Agent), CEBA(Certified Expert Buyer Agent) and CENB(Certified Expert New Build). Together with prior experience in Retail Management and Warehouse Sales, Mr. Heath has cultivated a vast amount of Customer Facing experience resulting in an old school Customer Service mentality. Originally from Michigan and Oklahoma, Mr. Heath has been a Colorado Resident since 1986.
