We are thrilled with every part of our purchase at Sunrise Village Patio Homes. We took a risk and purchased our home from California before any of the homes were completed in Arvada, and before our foundation was poured. Be prepared to be surprised. Quality throughout, friendly and professional guidance and support from the developer and builder from beginning to end. If there are any issues, follow up is quick and complete. As for the townhome itself, I am so pleased with the great use of space; it’s ideal for a single person, couple, or small family. I really like the open floor plan and the unique ‘garage’ door in the living area, a brilliant concept and amazing conversation piece. Everyone who has visited loves it. I considered many other properties, but Terrace TownHomes offered the kind of community living that suited me perfectly.

Our favorite part about purchasing a Terrace Townhome was the design center and being able to create our custom home from picking out tile to appliances. We began considering new construction after seeing many friends spend months, if not a year, putting in offer after offer on homes, only to be outbid by all-cash buyers or developers.
